The Stun Gun is the primary sidearm of the crew in the Space: 1999 television series. The weapon has a top-mounted trigger, a setting panel for “stun” or “kill” settings, and four emitters on the front section of the weapon body.

The review kit was obtained in 2005, and is solid cast. The kit is cast in off-white resin, and is mostly free from flash and voids. The design of the kit allows the builder to slide the setting switch back and forth between the two settings. There are three prominent pour stubs located on top of the kit, but after they are removed, their locations will be hidden by the setting switch and the trigger.

A small sheet of decals (with the “Stun/Kill” markings) was included with the kit, along with a small paint call-out chart.
