This was one of the kits in the Revell Robotech Defenders product line that was released in the mid-1980’s. The original design was adapted from Japanese anime and became part of the Robotech universe.

The kit has two separate models. The first is a quad-legged ‘Mech mounting a large-bore laser, a small laser, and a missile pod. The second is an eight-wheeled armored vehicle mounting a medium laser in a turret, and two side-mounted missile launchers. An alternate vehicle replaces the turret and side-mounted launchers with one large missile battery on top of the vehicle.

The kit’s parts are molded in blue-green and dark green styrene. The parts have engraved panel lines and are mostly free of flash.
