The pulse pistol is the basic sidearm of the Peacekeeper forces on the television show “Farscape”. The weapon is most frequently seen in the hands of either John Crichton or Officer Aeryn Sun.

Arsenal Models’ model of the pulse pistol is cast in white resin that has an oily feel to it. I’m hoping that it’s just leftover mold release. A small piece (not sure what it is, but it’s about the size of a .45/70 rifle round) attaches to the right side of the gun. I’m not sure if it’s a power cell, a targeting laser, or what.

The gun is solid resin and it weighs in at over a pound, so it’s got a bit of heft to it.

Other than some seam work that needs to be done, this will make a nice addition to a replica prop weapons collection. I am planning on drilling out the muzzle on mine when I build it.

The completed model is 8.5 inches long and 6 inches high from the bottom of the grip to the top of the frame.
